Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Valid ECSA Registration PR Mech Eng NQF Level 7-8 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering position in a private SA firm Duties: - Mechanical Engineer position held in a Private SA Firm for minimum 5 years - Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, Refurbishment&Construction project HVAC - Professional Mechanical Engineer for a new small to medium multi-disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio - All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion&handover - Multi-discipline Revit&project AEC systems development alongside BIM Manager - Planning and management of in-house contract documentation - HVAC system rational, design, coordination&certification Skills: - Multi-disciplinary team collaboration&coordination - Practical industry knowledge, experience and mentorship abilities - HVAC Contract Administration - Strong NBR / SANS application - High competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins If you wish to apply for this position, please email your CV + supporting documentation to terri@staffunlimited.co.za .
