Key Responsibilities: Administration: Maintain HR documentation and accurately manage employee records. Liaise with German applicants. Assist with VISA applications. Prepare HR reports and statistics. Coordinate wellness days. Assist with payroll preparation and the reconciliation of employee benefits. Training and Development: Assist with training arrangements. Record CPD points. Assist employees with professional registration. Health and Safety (H&S): Administer IOD claims. Assist with H&S audit preparation. Take minutes for the H&S committee. Projects: Assist with special projects on an ad hoc basis. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in German is essential. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
