Duties&Responsibilities Job Description The applicant for this role is required to be an admitted attorney with litigation experience. Exposure to e mployment and labour law, and administrative law will be an advantage. The nature of the litigation experience in these practice areas must be indicated in the applicant’s CV. The candidate will be supervised by a director and must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in teams. Standard Associate duties and responsibilities will apply. Demonstrate proficiency in drafting pleadings, affidavits and heads of argument. Desired Experience&Qualification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law. Admitted attorney.
