Job Description In this position your duties will include but not limited to: Standardize all works between the sites on a QS responsibilities Manage all commercial and costs relating aspects to building projects Minimizing the cost of a project and to increase value for money Ensuring statutory building regulations are met Appointing and managing subcontractors contractual and financial facets on the project Material management oversight and order approvals Monitoring variations orders Qualifications BTech / BSc in Quantity Surveying Skills 2+ years of experience in in QS within the building & construction industry.
