Job Description: Lead month-end closing for diverse finance functions in the Shared Service Center Guide audits, support SOX controls, manage MEA treasury, and ensure compliance with policies and local standards. Provide financial support on country-specific regulations and contribute to automation and ERP implementation. Collaborate in monthly/quarterly reviews with FPA, Tax, and country finance managers. Financial Controls, Compliance, and Risk: Partner for audit and control testing, recommend adjustments for compliance and risk mitigation. Finance Processes and Systems: Address obstacles, facilitate collaboration, and suggest ongoing productivity improvements. Apply accounting principles in complex scenarios, demonstrate expertise, and review team's work for accuracy. Develop best practices, ensure streamlined inputs, tailor reports, and seek regular feedback. Statutory and External Financial Reporting: Stay updated on trends, analyze and summarize data for compliant reports. Specialized Advice: Offer expert recommendations in areas of subject expertise. Support local change initiatives and deliver change effectively. Collaborative Partner: Develop strong working relationships, share knowledge, and collaborate. Coordinate activities, respond positively to challenges, and deliver results. Qualifications and Experience Required: Chartered Accountant accreditation is essential 5 to 8 years commercial experience 3 to 5 years managerial experience Experience in Middle East Africa and North Africa regions is essential.
