This role is essential in ensuring financial precision and enhancing customer relations through efficient account management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Finance Assistant/Debtors Clerk or similar role. Experience on Paste Partner, Pastel Evolution, Quickbooks, advanced Excell Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel, experience with FMCG-specific financial software is a plus. International Debtors&Creditors Experience would be advantageous Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices, minimizing overdue payments. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial analyses and reports. Liaise with clients to clarify any billing discrepancies and foster strong, professional relationships. Support the finance team with data entry, processing, and generating reports using our state-of-the-art financial software.
