Job purpose: Co-ordinates specific Labour Relations and Employee Wellness administrative sequences and attends to the general applications and interventions associated with the functionality in order to ensure that adequate guidance and support is made available with respect to comprehending and understanding legislative procedures and practices related to labour relations and employee wellness. A service bonus equivalent to one month’s salary, where applicable, will be payable and be supplemented by the normal benefits applicable to the Municipality including a housing allowance for home owners subject to certain conditions. 2.
