Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of IT experience with a strong track record in infrastructure. 5+ years of experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Broad knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and IT governance. Relevant certifications a plus (ITIL, PMP, Security+, etc.).
