Reference: 9319 CM Consultant: Christa Mostert Job Description: Pulling stock into the ERP system. Trouble shoot and resolve file issues. Create stock manually in case of EDI file issues. Create stock manually for outside organisations not using an ERP system that creates useable files. Confirm Stock in port. Follow-up, confirm and correct discrepancies. Communicate with packhouses and Cold Store in relation to stock issues. Rebuild and breakdowns of pallets in the ERP system. Recon between farm pallets and exporter pallets. Confirm sales orders against Mates (MT files). Data integrity checks. Correct erroneous data. Manage the final allocation of pallets packed for outside organisations. Recon PPECB invoiced pallets against exported pallets. T race pallets for packhouse audits Allocate local and juice orders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or related field. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the fruit industry in stock or logistics. Working experience on an ERP system. Ability to work well under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Good communication skills.
