Creating Timing Plans by breaking down the project Tasking Creative studio/Suppliers Setting up and attending creative kick-starts Booking and attending creative reviews Liaising between Studio Manager, Creatives&Account Leaders Setting up on-boarding sessions with Creatives Updating Status documents Attending weekly status meetings Checking in with Creatives to ensure deadlines are met. Attending daily creative scrum sessions Recon jobs on completion Float, Smartsheet, Chase, Timesheets, Reporting Managing project timelines, resources, and scope for high profile consumer brands. Manage workflow across creative and production departments. Owning the delivery and quality of projects. Creating detailed daily studio schedules, making sure studio time align with CE’s High attention to detail. Extreme diligence and organisation.
