Operational Efficiency: - Define and enforce operational targets, optimizing costs and enhancing production efficiencies. - Strategically manage resources and recommend IT enhancements to streamline operations. - Uphold adherence to ISO standards and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. A MUST HAVE Experience in managing and growing the Road Freight (Local and Cross Border) business activities both in Operations and Commercial aspect. Responsible and accountable for the Road Freight Product's PNL. Advanced knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry, extensive knowledge of Road Freight and its advanced technologies. Minimum 10 yrs. in Logistics Industry Must have worked at the position of Road freight Leader/Head for at least more than 8 years in a reputable organization. Degree in business Management or a related field Experience: ** Minimum of 10 years in logistics, including at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
