Minimum Requirement:Grade 12 certification essential.Min 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.Min 1-year experience in fleet leasing/fleet management.Must be well presented as this position is client facing.Excellent communication and writing abilities in both Afrikaans and English.Strong problem solving skills.Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct regular meetings and discussions with clients to review performance, address issues, and explore opportunities for improvement.Drive customer retention and growth through effective relationship management and value proposition communication.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Take proactive steps to manage terminations by driving replacement, upselling additional products, securing signed quotations, and conducting follow-ups.Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.Generate reports on lost business.Proactively manage terminations on a quarterly basis, ensuring less than 5% of leased and maintenance plan fleet remains over the contract end date.Achieve 100% of target for both lease and non-lease fleet retention in accordance with budget requirements.Retain 100% of the fleet opening balance for both lease and non-lease.Create opportunity sheets and identify opportunities for upselling, then implement strategies accordingly.Maintain credit facility availability and conduct regular reviews to prevent frustration and delays.
