This role is also responsible for managing clients, voice over artists and guests coming into the studios.The job process and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:Project Coordination and ManagementMeet with Producers and HOD’s to understand status of all projects in the system and get details of work coming into the agency.Create a schedule of new jobs, assign tasks using the Chase system based on hours quoted.Review current and future timelines and job statuses with producers and HOD’s and if necessary, with individuals working on the jobs.Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities.Report to management about the current workflow and communicate any possible issues with too much or too little work coming into the agency.Assign tasks to team members based on their skill sets and availabilityReceiving of Clients/ Voice Artists and or GuestsHave full knowledge of artists arriving for voice over bookingsIf clients are coming liaise with producers on numbers and if catering is required.Let editors. Audio ops know that clients are coming.Let housekeeping know that guests are arriving ahead of time.CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact between departments.Facilitate daily status meetings to review project progress and address any issuesKeep all stakeholders updated of project status and changes in timelinesResource AllocationAllocate resources according to capacityReview monthly timesheets to keep abreast of capacityBudget ManagementIdentify potential cost saving opportunities without compromising qualityREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years working experience as a Traffic ManagerRelevant industry related tertiary qualificationExperience working with/for a production facilityExperience working with/for an advertising agencyKnowledge of ChaseKnowledge of the editing and post-production process for videoSKILLS:Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized and thoroughProficiency in project management softwareTime managementFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesProject managementAbility to give directionAbility to manage peopleSolution orientatedExcellent attention to detailOUR HOGARTH VALUES:HEART & SOULWe bring energy and enthusiasm to all our work.
