Well established national company are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As the HVAC Supervisor, the applicant will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for their clients. The applicant will also be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintenance ManagementOversees all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolioSupervision of internal and external teamsAssisting the team with on-site fault findingPreparing maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assetsLiaising with tenants on break downsCompleting adjudication costs for approvalAbility to work with the appointed engineerTo complete small designs, with the use of different systems.
