The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the overall financial function of the South Africa business. The candidate must have experience of leading a finance team including developing and training team members.Salary Negotiable including medical aid pension Min Requirements Accounting / Financial QualificationPreferably management accountant experienceMinimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a finance management environmentExperience working for a Global company will be an advantageExperience working in the manufacturing environment will be an advantageResponsibilities:Management of the finance team, debtors, creditors and accountingAccurate compilation of relevant financial data and statisticsCompany product, market, and competitor knowledgeAct as a business partner to various departments/stakeholdersPreparation and distribution of monthly management reports and analysis of resultsReview of existing and implementation of new controlling SOP’sInventory management with operationsOversee the compilation of accurate monthly accounts for the South African businessEnsure appropriate financial close procedures are in line, including account reconciliations, full review of P & L including overhead accounts etc.Maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of operations including the billing and debtor managementComplete accurate monthly forward forecastingManagement and ownership of the Annual Financial Audit processPreparation and controlling of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processesApply online Frogg Recruitment
