Minimum Qualification Requirements: Ideally: Honours Degree in Human Resource Management with Industrial/organizational psychology up to 3 rd year level Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with Industrial/organizational psychology up to 3rd year level Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology Alternatively: Honours Degree in one of the Business or Human Resources fields with Industrial Psychology/Organizational Psychology A related 4-year degree but must include Industrial/Organizational Psychology BTech where industrial psychology has been a module for all 4 years Minimum Work Experience Requirements: Lecturing experience in Industrial Relations/Labour Law or Human Resource Management Work experience as a Human Resources Practitioner or Industrial Psychologist Working Conditions: Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role.
