Provide management reports with actionable recommendations on a monthly basis to support proactive cost reduction and strategic decision-making. Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure expenses align with budgets and identify opportunities for savings Define, develop, and implement reports on plant, warehouse, and transport performance for accurate monitoring and analysis. Coordinate the collection of annual cost center budgets, including SAP models, to calculate and manage budgeted unit costs. Monitor and manage product costing (standard and actual costs), perform cost simulations for new products, and conduct variance analysis to support business decisions. Support the continuous improvement initiatives, validate project cost savings, and drive the delivery of the savings initiatives. Oversee inventory counts, review inventory adjustments, and ensure compliance with business controls to minimize inventory costs while maintaining customer service levels. Conduct financial analysis, scenario planning, and ensure accurate Financial Data Reporting for benchmarking and strategic decision-making. A Degree and/or National Diploma in Management Accounting/Finance or equivalent, preferably with a CIMA qualification or currently studying towards it. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of management accounting experience, with strong costing expertise in a manufacturing environment and multi-site controlling experience. Proficiency in SAP and advanced computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies would be preferred.
