Job Purpose : The Project Management Office Administrator will manage the Sciforma Project and Portfolio Management system and other tools used by the Project Management Office (PMO) on a day-to-day basis. Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities : Liaise with Sciforma representatives to stay up to date with the latest developments and upgrades. Assist the Portfolio, Project and Development Leads with their work by performing project administrative tasks. Support the Project Managers in liaising with the Development Teams. Performing updates to project plans and related information during meetings. Test upgrades of the tool. Provide support to internal customers in using the tool. Complete Sciforma eLearning and training for other tools and stay up to date with tool developments in general. Suggest more efficient ways to work with Sciforma and other tools. Required Qualifications : Diploma in Project Management or Office Administration Required Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a technical environment, preferably in engineering. Minimum of 2 years working experience with Sciforma. Demonstrated ability to understand engineering concepts at a high level. Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel). Understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes. Strong written communication skills. Recommendations: Certification in Project Management will be advantageous. Special requirement(s): Occasional travel to offices in Europe when required.
