The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:Develop accurate production schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet sales forecasts and customer demandPerform data analysis and historical trends to forecast demand, and production requirements for operating unitsCalculate and analyse variations between budget, forecast and actual salesSupport Sales & Marketing through provision of historical data, to inform their budget volumes.Develop strategic plans to optimize production, distribution, and sales of bulk and finished goodsConduct analyses of periodic plans against actuals and make timeous adjustments to overall operational plans to ensure all customer demands are covered.Formulate Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize costs while maintaining adequate stock levels to meet business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,Other related dutiesQualificationsMust have MatricBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or related fieldSkills5 years proven experience in operations planning, supply chain, and business development within the food processing industryStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and forecasting techniquesStrategic Planning methodologiesSalary / PackageR500k Neg depending on Experience BenefitsMedical AidProvident Fund#J-18808-Ljbffr
