Able to deliver the regional target through his sales team by delivering client value. Be able to onboard new clients and hand to his or her sales team members. 80% external doing clients visits alone and with sales team members, augmenting deals and building relationships with clients. Responsible for HR function to all sales staff including recruitment of staff. Working with business development team in marketing to ensure customer depth for each sales person’s dealer base to ensure they hit their targets. Ensure all feedback required from sales team are completed timeously and update of customer details to marketing. Manage pipeline to 80% success close rate. Ensure the company’s value add services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels. Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sales KPI reviews & monthly dealer base reviews conducted for each sales staff member. Desired Experience & QualificationMatric  Min 3 years sales management experience. Must be from the electronic security industry. Must have track record managing sales team of 4+  Must be able to deliver the regional target through his sales team by delivering client value. .
