Job Description: This business unit is also responsible for ongoing client servicing ranging from board of Trustees, Employers, Intermediaries and Employees. It is also responsible for the IT deliverables and digital strategy for Sanlam Employee Benefits. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: A thorough understanding of and compliance with the Pension Fund act, Fund Rules and Income Tax Act, and any other relevant legislative requirements Professional verbal and written communication and reporting to clients Maintain relationships with internal departments investigate, resolve and respond to internal and external client queries in a professional and effective manner investigate, resolve and respond to ad hoc operational requirements Administration of Retirement funds and maintenance of member level transactions across functional systems and functional areas within Sanlam Core (identify – process – record – report) Adhere to service level agreements, internal and external Adhere to internal controls and procedures in place Job Requirements: Proactive attidutde and a team player Ability to work independently Good interpersonal dkills Ability to collaborate and pull information together Innovative and demonstrates initiative Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadklies Grade 12 with 2 to 3 years related experience.
