The Senior Monitoring Analyst is responsible for conducting daily monitoring and investigation into suspicious game payouts and breaches of critical game play levels or regulations. This role contributes to safeguarding the business from a revenue protection perspective and contributing to ensuring regulatory and license conditions are adhered to. The role also works closely with the Monitoring Team Lead to identify areas for improving monitoring tools, processes and/or procedures. As an experienced monitoring professional, the Senior Monitoring Analyst also invests in the development of the rest of the monitoring analysts and is a respected subject matter expert engaging as project manager on audits and trainer on monitoring tools, processes and/or procedures.What you'll do:Monitor the departmental queues on a regular basis throughout the working day ensuring management are aware of high severity cases for suspicious game and player level payout alerts across different game types.wager-payout flow and odds verification across different progressive games.operational game play volume and wager level across top, progressive and new gamesregulatory compliance with feature and wager restrictionsgame play in restricted markets.Expert application of departmental systems/processes and their implementation to conduct investigations.Review monitoring alerts in line with prescribed procedures.Create and maintain accurate and concise records of all investigations undertaken including details on the rationale for any decisions made.Participate in 24/7 eyes-on schedule aimed at monitoring of suspicious game play and payouts.Design and build reports, dashboards, scorecards and presentations containing key metric data via aggregation of multiple data sources for compliance and executive reporting.Executing compliance monitoring reviews including any specific regulatory testing in accordance with the compliance monitoring proceduresCompliance AuditsWork closely with Compliance, External audit and relevant certification entities to provide evidence and further investigations in support of external Market (annual) and Operator (twice annually in June and December on rotational basis) RTP auditsproving games in audit sample were monitoredshowcasing hierarchy and level of detail of monitoringelaborating on troubleshooting and further investigations conducted in response to monitoring conductedConduct quantitative analysis on discrepancies identified, utilizing flat RTP tests, wager variance tests and further investigation to determine cause of discrepancies identified between certified and observed payout levelsOngoing improvementIdentifying business improvement opportunities and efficienciesDevelop and improve structured processes to analyse data and conduct investigationsWork with management and build teams to actively improve processes and tools in use by contributing to business requirements, testing and implementation of improvementsWork with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate KPIs and SLAs are in place and aligned to data related performance measurementsWork with business stakeholders to identify improvement areas and develop reports for multiple audiencesProactively identify and diagnose business requirements and use organizational knowledge to recommend solutionsCommunicate ideas and recommendations succinctly across the organisation incl. senior leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve ways of working with the businessEngages with and presents to business stakeholders after and during alerts analysisContribute to post incident reviews to assist in strengthening all levels of control environmentDocumentation & TrainingCreate documentation to communicate solution implementation and help standardise and optimise monitoring processesHelp create training resources and facilitate training on monitoring tools for internal usersCollaborate effectively with other members of the monitoring team to ensure efficient delivery of projects including reportsMentor other members of monitoring team to promote high levels of quality output and rigorous adherence to process and proceduresProject planning and managementPlans, coordinates and manages internal resources to accomplish assignments within scope: meeting time, cost and quality targetsAct as monitoring team project manager and first point of contact or escalation for market and operator auditsCarry out regular project review meetings with business stakeholders to communicate progress, results, and risks, and to prioritise workGames Global is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
