We have an amazing opportunity for a Geotechnical Lead Engineer based in Gauteng Level: Senior Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on site investigations, foundation design, slope stability analysis, and earthworks. • Professional or Candidate Engineer with ECSA • Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software such as Plaxis, FLAC, and GeoStudio. • Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and geotechnical instrumentation. • Proven track record in managing geotechnical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination. • Expertise in preparing geotechnical reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings. • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing geotechnical engineering practices. • Leadership skills to mentor junior engineers, lead project teams, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
