The Employment Services Director will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing a team of Employment Services Managers, who in turn manage teams of Employment Services Consultants. The Director will work closely with other departments, including HR, Finance, and Marketing.The Employment Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, staffing and placement of employees for various industries and sectors. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring high levels across the businessDevelop and implement staffing strategies to meet clients' needsManage teams responsible for recruitment, selection, and placement of employeesEnsure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service deliveryCollaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions accordinglyDevelop and maintain relationships with key industry playersEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulationsManage budgets and financial performance of the departmentLead and motivate teams to achieve performance targetsConduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback where necessaryIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies accordinglyRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional certification in Human Resources Management (e.g. SHRM, HRCI)SoftwareMicrosoft Office SuiteRecruitment softwareHR management softwareProject management toolsCRM softwareExperienceMinimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior management roleDemonstrated experience in recruitment, staffing, and placement of employees in various industries and sectorsProven track record of developing and implementing staffing strategies to meet clients' needsExperience in managing budgets and financial performance of a departmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvantageuousExperience in the employment services industryExperience working with government agencies and NGOsExperience in managing teams across multiple locationsExperience in implementing diversity and inclusion initiativesBenefitsCompetitive aalary based on experience and high-end industry benchmark#J-18808-Ljbffr
