Responsibilities As part of the Supply Network Planning team, you will be responsible for the execution of processors related to the availability of stock and to maintain a high customer service level. Constantly liaise with global team members to allow for efficient supply of stock as well as making sure the global support teams are aware of any changes to the customers demand. Part of your daily tasks would be to forge strong relationships with the local business teams which includes Commercial, Marketing, MAP, Regulatory and Quality Assurance Some of the daily activities would include: Update shipping clearing instructions Update the shipment tracker Create Pre notes for DSV Create PO’s on Embrace Process Invoices Updates all relevant reports daily Have weekly and monthly meetings with all relevant stakeholders. You will report into the Head of SNO (Supply Network Operations) Requirements A university graduate with Operations or Supply Chain as a major. Other additional qualifications would be advantages such as : APICS CPIM, CRIM, CSCP or other supply chain management certification A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Having good communication skills Having pharmaceutical experience would be an advantage but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
