As a Generalist Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. This is position perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.Client and Candidate Relationship Management:Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.Administrative Support:Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.Maintain accurate candidate records in our database.Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years Generalist RecruitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
