Duties:Controlling the Overheads and Manpower cost and reporting result for actuals (month & YTD) and full year forecast.Calculate the Controllables for the Planning Round and Budget.Proactively liaise with various stakeholders regarding non-performance so as to facilitate reporting and corrective measures.Evaluate divisional forecast.Timeous monthly reporting of Manufacturing cost for the Finance review meetings.Fulfil the month-end financial and accounting requirements. Timeous journal postings in SAP for month-end closure.Analyse and monitor all cost on an 80/20 basis to identify and control cost drivers.Financial evaluation of general investment requirementsReconciliation of provision accounts.Ensure correct accounting of all transactions and re-imbursements.Ad-hoc financial studies.Requirements:Have a BCom Degree ( Accounting III)/National Diploma in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent qualification.Experience Needed:Have 3-5 years financial experience preferably in the Automotive industry.Have experience in a cost accounting environment and methods.Have experience in financial analysis techniques.Essential:Advance computer literacy ( MS Ecel, SAP, MS Power Point, Think-cell, Essbase and Poert BI).Excellent communication skills.Be assertive.Analytical skills with systems orientation.Be disciplined and able to perform under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently.Added Advantage:A good understanding of the exchange rate impact on our business.
