Inventory Controller - Somerset West - Engineering IndustryKey Responsibilities, Accountabilities, and DutiesTo maintain inventory control at the production facility.Ensure that stock is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production.Ensure that incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedureEnsure that all inventory documentation is sent to/received by the applicable department/individual/sEnsure that materials (kits) are ready and available for production as and when requiredEnsure the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system through ad hoc cycle counts,improvement initiatives and periodic stocktakesQualifications, Experience, and SkillsNational technical certificate (N4 minimum) or relevant diplomaMinimum of 3 years’ experience as an Inventory ControllerExperience working in an electronic/mechatronic engineering environmentSolid knowledge and understanding of inventory control processes, policies and systemsKnowledge of and experience working with ERP/MRP system/sProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Candidate Profile DescriptionA top achiever, a well-balanced individual with a demonstrated track recordEager to take ownership and be accountableCompetent in problem-solving, planning, and decision makingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with management and staff at all levelsFlexible enough for an SME environmentCapable to work in a highly technical environmentA general attitude of serving others to achieve a common goalAbility to work and solve problems independentlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerRemunerationCompetitive, market-related salary.Various company perks.Full-time employmentApplicants are invited to submit their CV to Melaniejobs@wcp.co.zaIf you are not contacted within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
