You will be responsible for managing both the new and used car sales floors, growing the team and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded. You will need at least 3 years of Vehicle Sales Management experience, with solid knowledge of new and used cars, have a good business acumen and outstanding leadership abilities and a genuine desire to see your team succeed. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Vehicle Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership (premium brand preferred) Solid knowledge of new and used vehicle sales A good business acumen and understanding of financials.
