We're seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team and drive business growth. Role and Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with management to develop strategies, identify target markets, and generate leads. Client Engagement and Consulting: Build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. Proposal and Deal Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals and lead successful deal closures. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets with a focus on both recurring and one-time revenue. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, preferably in tech or related fields. Strong understanding of Microsoft Licensing and related services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications are advantageous. Personality Traits: Confidence, adaptability, goal-orientation, and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong networking, negotiation, and customer-centric mindset. Tech-savvy with a continuous learning attitude. Remuneration&Incentives: Competitive Base Salary: Starting from R17,600 for juniors and R35,200 for seniors. Innovative Commission Structure: Tiered commission system, rewarding new client acquisition and MRR growth. Additional Incentives: Performance bonuses, annual trips, equity options, technology allowance, and flexible work arrangements. KPIs&Commission Structure: New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 2 new clients per quarter. MRR Growth: Generate a minimum of R200k in additional MRR per quarter. Tiered Commission Rates: Up to 12% commission plus accelerators for exceptional performance.
