Training to be given.Work closely with Software Developers and Verification team. Create and update verification reports.Proof read and edit material to improve quality and consistency.Requirements:MatricAt least 1 year's experience in a technically based role, for example IT Technician or Cloud developmentTechnical writing skills in packages such as MS WordTime playerMultitasker and logical thinkerStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills Ability to perform repetitive tasksJob Description: The Employee will satisfactorily carry out all the tasks and duties normally associated with this position, which include but are not limited to: Deliver on and be accountable for auditing and documenting the process and steps required for re -building software applications for The Organisations national and international clients, including maintaining and deploying from client component source code.Travel to client sites, domestically and, possibly, internationally, to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures;Carry out remote verification projects to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures;Collaborate with external software developers and users on a variety of development platforms, technologies and architectures;Responsibly manage the transfer of material to be placed in trust to The Organisation in order for it to be securely vaulted;Manage the delivery of verification project work, giving suitable consideration to the licensee/software vendor relationship;Produce and occasionally present verification reports based on the specifics of a given verification project;Ensure verification reports are written to the expected quality and within the agreed SLA's;Reviewing “placed in trust” documentation.Corresponding and liaising with The Organisations clients and responding to general queries.Assisting the Verification Executive with The Organisations Admin Portal, and upload PortalAccurately performing processes on the Organisations Admin Portal and maintaining necessary records (both hard and soft copy) in relation to the Organisations agreements and ancillary documentation (including uploading documents/correspondence onto the relevant database);Assist with research into suitable leads to pass to Account Management colleagues;Achieving Company business objectives in managing account relationships with existing customers to grow business;Maintaining good Corporate Governance and Standards as key strategic imperatives;Serving as a Company Representative in the business community  Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Result Areas (KRAs): Product Knowledge:Develop a strong knowledge of The Organisations products and services in order to optimise the sales process;Understand how the benefits of The Organisations products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business sectors.Skills:The Employee will have specific skills, primarily technical, but including but not limited to the following:An interest and some technical knowledge of software development and associated technologies;An understanding of a range of common programming languages, cloud -based systems and associated infrastructure;Strong project management, analytical and client facing skills as well as a good understanding of the full SoftwareDevelopment life-cycle.Have a general awareness and understanding of information security and the associated considerations;Proven ability to explain technical content to a non -technical audience;Ability to communicate and collaborate with at a management level;Ability to understand demanding technical engagements;Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively both with clients and internally;Proven ability to manage client interactions with minimal supervision;Good document-writing and presentation skills taking into consideration complex technical solutions;Ability to effectively manage your own time and work to deadlines;Flexibility to travel domestically and, possibly, internationally;Previous external customer support or consultancy experience;Good organisational skills and the ability to continually prioritize and respond to the changing needs of the business;A pragmatic and pro -active approach;Attention to detail;Team player;Strong IT skills (including the use of databases);A full SA driving license and a willingness for travelling to various client sites***Only successful candidates will be contacted***
