The Credit Analyst oversees our credit-granting process and requires a combination of analytical and numerical skills, as well as the ability to routinely communicate with and interact with clients.TasksDuties And Responsibilities – “Your Role”Validate client and supporting information by assessing the contents of the documents.Analyse credit applications by assessing the serviceability of the funding applied for.Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders.Manage client expectations by operating within the specified parameters and Service Level Agreements (SLA).Enhance processes, policies and procedures by recommending and making submissions to the relevant parties.Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values.Conduct Credit Risk AssessmentAnalyse Financial DataStatutory, regulatory and legislative requirements.Industry, credit assessment & market knowledge for SMMEs.Analysing situations or data that requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsInteracting with various levels of managementRequirementsJob Requirements – “About You”Strong analytical skills and self-motivated driver of performance.Team playerPerformance-driven and results-orientated with a relentless drive to succeed.Good interpersonal communication (verbal & written) abilities.The ability to prioritize and multi-task, within a fast-paced and pressurized environment.Exceptional attention to detail with a thorough approach to work.Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills.An energetic positive approach to problem-solving.Positive assertiveness.A Commerce or Legal Degree is essentialMust have worked in a credit department of a bank or financial services company assessing credit risk for at least 2 yearsMust be highly analytical and tech-savvy#J-18808-Ljbffr
