This role involves managing automotive parts inventory, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring parts availability aligns with service and sales requirements. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong capabilities in inventory and pricing management. Oversee the inventory management of automotive parts, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market trends, demand, and inventory levels. Collaborate with the sales and service departments to forecast parts needs and ensure availability. Monitor and adjust pricing to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate purchase terms, secure parts, and manage deliveries. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track parts movement and usage efficiently. Conduct regular inventory audits and provide reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and adjustments. Train and supervise staff involved in inventory control and pricing operations. Develop and maintain detailed databases of available and ordered parts for internal use and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to parts inventory and pricing. Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in parts management, inventory control, or pricing within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to manage budgets and forecast demand. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
