Capture new leads/clients on the CRM package Following up on quotations and consents issued Follow up on Campaigns&In-house servicing Explain products – Handle and overcome objections Meet targets set Must be well-spoken and target driven RE Certificate At least one year’s experience selling Short Term Insurance, Life products and/or Banking Products Ensure FAIS and FICA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence. Update customer details and communication on customer debtor system (CDS). Ensure quality of calls in line with service level agreements (SLA’s).
