These jobs were popular with other job seekers Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Data Analyst who: has strong data analytics capabilities, pays attention to detail, delivers work of a high quality, can process, manipulate, and transform large volumes of data (1million+), perform extensive analysis on data and produce summary results in a visual format to ultimately tell a story using data. The successful individual needs to be a team player who works alongside others to identify and or contribute to initiatives leading to company success. Duties & Responsibilities Measure and manage the performance across multiple credit products. Evaluate and improve business decisions, substantiated by data driven analyses. Creating credit strategies. Running and improving forecasting simulations. Reporting back to management around the credit risk status of the business. Computer Literacy Advanced Excel (essential)  Excel VBA (preferential) / Python (preferential) / R (preferential) Travel:  International travel may be required from time to time Desired Experience & Qualification QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Mathematical / statistical background e.g. B.Sc. Mathematics / Statistics / Actuarial Science / Engineering degree. 5+ years in data analysis / modelling (not only using Excel, but other tools including SQL / SAS) Ability to work with millions of rows. PERSONAL PROFILE Strategic thinking. Data analysis. Creative problem-solving ability. Ability to transform raw data into a simplistic, easy to understand story. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives. Ability and attitude to get things done. Be flexible to changing business needs and priorities. Self-driven: motivated and able to work on their own. High energy, results driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.
