We are seeking a talented and experienced digital marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our business objectives.   Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, generate leads, and increase sales. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM/PPC). Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Manage and optimize our website and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer emails (including sales emails), reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization in digital marketing channels and make strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus. Key responsibilities: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
