Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Overview:The role of the Data Analyst is to bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, then process, generate insights, design and present it in ways to help colleagues within Draftline and AB-InBev to make better decisions.The Data Analyst will lead marketing data and analytics deliverables for Brand teams and other internal business functions.Roles and Responsibilities:Work with the data engineers, scientists and insights team to provide high quality analytics, business-focused insights and automated reportingProvide insights and analytics to enable digital optimisation techniques for campaigns and on-going data supportHelp support and drive the future state data vision and efficiencies in digital executionSupport digital strategy to grow the volume of consumers that can be identified and profiled within digital channels and assist to share this data across channels for omni-channel successContinually improve our digital data strategy to support our business KPIs and to facilitate a deeper understanding of digital asset performance Follow industry and emerging best practices in shaping the marketing analytics capability including a focus on data organisation, data quality, documentation, and ongoing process improvement Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns/channelsProvide analytical and decision support on new initiativesPartner with insights team on qualitative and quantitative market research projectsQualifications/ Experience:MatricHigher Certificate/Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications / certifications2+ years data and analysis / media experience / market research – key being the ability to clean, interpret and visualize data for storytellingStrong quantitative and analysis skillsAdvanced MS Excel skillsStatistical knowledge advantageousPersonality:Critical thinker, attention to detail, self-motivated, imaginative, methodical, good communicator, eager to learn, data curiosityAdditionalinformation: Band: VIII SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
