You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing effective solutions to enhance our overall productivity. Responsibilities : Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain the company's servers, databases, and security systems. Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding IT-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT improvements. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Develop and document IT policies and procedures for the company. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven work experience as an IT Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems. Experience with configuring and maintaining servers, databases, and security systems. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus. Available immediately.
