Specificially looking for a recruitment consultant that has been working within an HR team in a corporate environment (not agency environment)Would prefer a someone with a completed HR DiplomaYou will need to be a strong and well experienced HR consultant as this is a very fast pace environment in which you will be recruiting candidates for multiple divisions and managers. You will also need to be proactive to find and implement methods to attract skilled talent for the organisation.PLEASE NOTE: This position will be office based.Requirements:Grade 12 (matric certificate required)HR Degree/Diploma – non-negotiable (tertiary certificate required)Minimum 5 years Human Capital experience in a Corporate environmentWilling to travel locallyCar essential – required to meet with management across the businessResponsibilities:Regularly consult with management to ensure requirements are being metBuild relationships with managers across the businessDiscuss suitability of candidates with line managers after interviewsRegularly consult with recruitment partners to ensure that they are aware of all requirements and needsBuild relationships with recruitment partnersDevelop Interview methodology in consultation with line managementCreate and maintain a centralised library of job profiles and competency-based interview guides (must meet legislative criteria)Manage the database for recruitment and keep an updated CV status recordFacilitate the process of external assessments & technical assessmentsScreen all internal and external applications, ensuring that the job profile is adhered toSchedule interviews and serve as the HC representative in all initial interviews and where requiredEnsure the feedback is given to the candidates re the outcome of the interviews as per the Recruitment ProcessAdhere to Recruitment Process for the different business areasConduct reference checks on all potential employeesEnsure management align with the organisation’s employment equity targetsMaintain recruitment website and database of job seekers categorised by skill and keep Dashboard updatedArrange and conduct interviews for staff in line for promotion and manage the processManage the Exit Interview processEnsure data integrity of all HC informationPreparation of various recruitment reportsThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
