They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior People Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team.Role Mission: As a Senior People Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our client's dynamic People Operations team, contributing to the seamless functioning of the team and organization. You'll be responsible for driving various People Ops-related tasks, ensuring employees receive exceptional support, and operations run efficiently within the fast-paced fintech industry. By leveraging your communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, you will help foster a positive work culture and contribute to our client's overall success.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing mail and deliveries.Stationery and Office Coordination: Coordinate office maintenance and supplies, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.Recruitment: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer of employment, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and exiting employees.People Admin: Provide administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely data management and compliance with policies and procedures. Manage day-to-day queries from employees.People Engagement & Retention: Assist with implementing and coordinating various People Ops initiatives, including employee celebrations/events, benefits, performance management, and training and development.People Projects: Coordinate various projects, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between teams.
