Job Summary Are you super organised and ready to take on the challenge of revolutionizing in-store advertising? As ourSales Administrator you'll be at the forefront of the retail industry, leading the charge in creating and executing our premium in-store advertising campaigns. You'll manage suppliers and collateral quality control, oversee courier services, handle campaign store communications, provide feedback by comparing QC photos against renders, handle post-campaign ratings, manage ad-hoc eventing, and ensure good attention to detail in all tasks. With your good coordinating and administration skills, ability to multitask, and strong motivation to achieve, you'll work under pressure while following the necessary systems and procedures to ensure a successful campaign. Plus, as an independent thinker, you'll bring your own creativity and ideas to the table to create the most engaging campaigns possible. You willwork form the office and home remotely. Skills Requirements: · Matric or equivalent with university degree an added benefit · Two Year proven experience in a similar role · Good attention to detail · Good coordinating and administration skills with the ability to multitask. · Ability to work well under pressure. · Ability to follow necessary systems and procedures in place. · Strong motivation to achieve with a well-organized and structured approach · Independent thinker · Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel,and SharePoint a must.
