Ideal candidates will need to possess a strong passion for interior design and have a proven track record in luxury furniture sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, driving sales, and providing personalised design solutions to high-end clientele.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.Utilise your interior design expertise to recommend and showcase exclusive ranges of high-end furniture and accessories.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior design professionals.Conduct product presentations and consultations to showcase the unique features and benefits of the furniture collections.Create customized design proposals and mood boards to illustrate tailored solutions for clients.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.Coordinate with the design and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.Proven experience in luxury furniture sales and interior design.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in design software and tools.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with design trends.Package & RemunerationBasic Salary:  R10 000 to R15 000 per month (depending on experience).+Commission Structure: The commission will be based on a percentage of the total sales generated, with tiered levels to encourage continued success.Tier 0 (No Commission): Achieve less than 80% of the monthly sales target – 0% commission on total salesTier 1 (Base Commission): Achieve 80% of the monthly sales target – 2.5% commission on total sales.Tier 2 (Performance Bonus): Achieve 100% of the monthly sales target - 5% commission on total sales.Tier 3 (Excellence Reward): Exceed the monthly sales target – 7.5% commission on total sales.
