As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage Customer relationship through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.Your Role:Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Customer Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager Health Systems SD RSAYou will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.A career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. You're the right fit if: 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent1 - 3 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systemsFluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.Preferable experience in performing Corrective Maintenance and Planned Maintenance on X-ray equipment.The candidate must be willing to attend oversees equipment training when required.The candidate must be willing to travel on occasional basis for support in other regions.Employment EquityThe Company’s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
