Job Description:Audit Portfolio Manager - CreditPurpose:The Audit Portfolio Manager is responsible for executing the annual audit plan, providing stakeholders with assurance that key risks are mitigated through effective management controls, in accordance with GIA methodology.KeyResponsibilities:Conduct data analytics and participate in audit-related meetings.Execute end-to-end audit processes (planning, fieldwork, reporting).Document working papers and conclude audits using TeamMate, in line with GIA methodology.Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal audit teams, business units, and key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and provide insights to enhance the control environment.Write detailed audit reports.QualificationsEssential:BSc / BCom degree.Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, ACAMS are advantageous but not mandatory.ExperienceRequired:6-8 years of experience in a managerial role, specifically in:AML and fraud detection/prevention.Data analytics.Coding in SAS and SQL.Audit experience (preferred but not essential).Personal Attributes:Candidates must possess strong technical skills and demonstrate the following personal attributes:High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).Ability to apply experience and best practices in audit discussions and work.Strong leadership and judgment capabilities.Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.Solid business acumen.Commitment to values-based principles (integrity, respect, accountability, client-driven, people-centred) and strong ethics.Resilience under pressure.Note: Various tests will be conducted to assess the suitability of short-listed candidates before final selection.Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading bank by ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management systems.
