•Successfully and seamlessly lead the management of client accounts, across 3 primary GroupM agencies (Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom and Mindshare) simultaneously•Successfully support agency teams on 2-3 key new business opportunities & pitches simultaneously•Arrange and lead regular meetings with client teams to clearly understand client growth plans, opportunities and pipelines•Attend weekly Status meetings with the Goat team and contribute to clear agendas to ensure campaigns are briefed to the teams correctly as per the client brief/Statement of Work•Manage regular meetings with campaign delivery teams with clear checklists to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and within budget and KPIs•Record the success, failure and learnings of campaign delivery, budget and timings with the accountable Senior Campaign ManagersCLIENT SATISFACTION•Successfully manage expectation of clients by monitoring paid and organic campaign KPIs as per the signed-off Statement of Work (SOW)COMMERCIAL DRIVE•Achieving a minimum of 75% retention rate on all Goat accounts•Achieving pre-agreed growth targets on new non-opted in accounts; to be set by line manager in monthly target meetings•Willingness to build trusted advisor and commercial client relationships through client entertainment, networking, introductions and support the Market Lead in maintaining the Goat profile through articles, seminars and other industry related PR opportunities.•Representing Goat within all-agency mixes (incl. Jolly Trolley), amongst client, external agencies and WPP agenciesSTRATEGY AND KEY SKILLS•Challenging and suggesting campaign optimisations to internal teams to improve the overall outcome of our campaigns•Effectively translate a client brief to internal teams, manage strategy and pitch process from start to end; from brief to sign off•Effectively and accurately brief and monitor paid team deliverables, ensuring that the paid team meet their targets per campaign•Good knowledge of paid campaigns and how to communicate paid media to clients - incl. the benefits and advantages of influencer paid within campaigns•Good knowledge and communication of paid metrics, what they mean, strategy behind paid campaigns and how this can be optimised•Good knowledge of influencer paid and setup to uphold internal standards (incl., linking Business Manager accounts, back-end setup etc.)KEY KNOWLEDGE AND INTERNAL PROCESSES•Confidently draft up client SOWs, CEs and IOs for sign off by the Market Lead. Demonstrate a complete understanding of commercial and proprietary media terms.•Take accountability for all client/client-team facing documentation and communicationSKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS•Consistently identify industry and platform trends for proactive upsell opportunities•Take a leading role and effectively project manage accounts to ensure smooth running between teams•Understanding of performance metrics, their relative performance against clients other performance channels and the impact that this has on the clients business•Ability to deal with pressure in difficult situations and provide effective solutions•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills•Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time maintaining sharp attention to detail•Maintaining positive relationships between internal and external teams•Maintain regular meeting schedules with Commercial Directors, Trade & Investment teams and Finance teams to keep track of any proprietary media contractual updates, renewals and invoicing•Thorough understanding of GroupM Nexus products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell•Comfortably working with spreadsheets, audits or other organizational software•Expansion of existing client communication base through regular networking, introductions and recommendations•Acting as a G.O.A.T client advocate internally and externally#J-18808-Ljbffr
