About the job Business Analyst Project Manager IIIKey purpose:As a Business Analyst, you will design an organization-wide short-term and long-term solution to prepare for the IFRS 9 Supplementary Information Schedule (IFRS 9 Schedule) and will be responsible for analyzing and designing information systems. You will work with our business partners to develop clear, technically sound and safe, and efficient requirements. You'll have experience in developing database- driven applications using Microsoft .NET technologies such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, or Oracle.Duties and responsibilities:Project management: a blend of traditional project management (timelines and reporting) and agile (squads and sprints)Supplementary Information Schedule (IFRS 9 Schedule) that will be submitted to the South African Reserve Bank Prudential Authority (SARB PA) monthlyIT systems: the ability to understand systems architecture and process flowsBanking experience, including Credit Risk, especially calculation of credit RWA, Banks Act Regulations and Returns, especially asset classes of financial reporting and reconciliationsBanking IT systems responsible for the operation and maintenance of DotNetNuke, as well as providing business analysis, planning, direction, and oversight to ensure operational effectivenessUpdates relevant databases in the .NET Security system including Security Manager, Enterprise Console, Web Server, SAP, Oracle, and other EDI systemsInternational banking experience: if possible, the best in the industry.Coordinate activities with the Project Management OfficeQualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field requiredMaster's degree preferred5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst3 years of recent experience in the technology industry, business development, and/or project managementExperience working with Microsoft Projects is requiredExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, and Sprintly are desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
