Digital Planner Job Description: As a Digital Planner you play an integral role within the planning team, all aspects of Digital campaign planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, working very closely with all other teams within the GroupM agencies (Wavemaker, Mediacom and Mindshare) to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. You will be highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail and you are excited to work with market leading technologies. Most importantly, you will be passionate about and driven to deepen your knowledge of all things digital media. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and is flexible with embracing changes and new challenges. 3 best things about the job: •This position gets to make impactful contributions on the most sophisticated tech company which is leading a trend across online and offline in the new technologies. •International environment of young, hungry, and motivated marketing professionals. •You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders within the GroupM network, giving you exposure to both client-side and Group-side regional leadership In this role, your goals will be as follows: In three months : •Demonstrate a clear understanding of GroupM's processes and best practices you will be ready to face the world class clients with confidence. •Been exposed to all related stakeholders, and you will start managing on / offline media planning process against briefs from the designated client •Contribute to the day-to-day operations and take ownership of digital media briefs, plans and strategies In six months : •Show independence and competence in the day to day role. •Establish strong relationships with internal teams and partners. •Provide insight-based strategies and media plans. •Define opportunities for increased efficiency and continually improving workflows In 12 months : •Successfully serviced your respective client engagements, earning client compliment to another projects' worth of agency retainership •Have a clear understanding of clients' objectives and have made a measurable impact clients ROI What your day job looks like at GroupM: •Assist in the development of digital media strategy that specify which forms of media will be used to effectively reach the target audience, achieving business objective of a client. •Support to develop the quarterly and annual digital media plan •Assist in maintaining clients&Agency's digital media operation platform •Report competitive analysis •Generate analysis of market performance •Work with digital trading managers to ensure all buys and placements fit the overall strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
