Main purpose of the role: To analyze business data and generating valuable insights and support operations. Strategically displaying insights and results via visualization tools and contributing to organizational growth. NB: This is a night shift role for an international client. Required Minimum Education/Training: Grade 12. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Statistical Sciences / Information Systems / Informatics/ Commerce or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook. Required Minimum Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent (data analyst etc.) Prior work experience in the International BPO Contact Centre is advantageous. Hands-on experience in report and dashboard development in Power BI, Tableau etc. Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Knowledge of data warehouse concepts. Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Analytical thinking skills for serving effective insights from the data. Capable of performing advanced-level computations on the dataset. Familiarity with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Business knowledge and adaptability to change as per the demand. Key Performance Areas: Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth. Creating and maintaining data models, databases, and central dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions. Conducting data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums before implementing findings. Developing reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and presenting these insights as recommendations to key stakeholders to aid business decisions. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights. Experience in data analytics, BI methods and tools, data warehousing and the data life cycle. Experience in identifying, quantifying, and subsequently delivering value on how to solve business challenges using data. Experience with stakeholder engagement.
