Ensure Legislative requirements in respect of Transfer Pricing are met, including Entity's Local File Information. Ensure Compliance with Tax Legislation. Corporate Governance: Enforce Segregation of Duties&Identify opportunities Annual MRI 7 Verifications. Execute Management WalkThrough for JSOX and Swiss SOX. CIPC Submissions. Minimize Business Risk.
