Job Description:To grow the Absa customer base through acquisition and increased customer profitability of the identified portfolio. Gain new customers and increase port folios of current customers through proactive attraction, cross selling, retention and contributing towards the achievement of the branch’s sales targets.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Manage Queries sent to Private Assist and ensure resolution and attend to all out ofscope queriesObtain client documents for walk-in clients and Private Wealth Banker visitsDispatch documents to CMO for quality checkingPerform 2nd tier quality checking for documents to be sent to Customer Middle Office (CMO)Remediate faulty securities, outstanding KAMLS and manage FICA listings on existing portfolioForward requests to Sales Processing and Fulfilment and maintain benchmark normsLog compliments and complaints on CCP (including Fraud incidents)Assist with client requests including AVAF, Home loans, and Credit Card and follow up as necessaryAttend to PEPs and high risk customer accounts managed in line with Credit Lending and compliance principlesDeal with inbound calls with regard to all enquiries via telephone/fax/emailAttend to walk-in clients and fully support Bankers in taking full ownership of all NONSALE activityFinalize outstanding HOC within own portfolioMaintain continuous feedback to Private Wealth Bankers on a minimum daily basis on all outstanding/pending mattersFacilitate temporary resident approvals and completion of any requests to finalize the transactionsJob Requirements:Interpretation of MI and to analyze data to enable effective reporting and portfolio ManagementThree (3) years’ experience in a Sales and Service Environment (Retail and/or Relationship Banking)Effective and efficient delivery of Customer Service across all business processesEffective understanding of Private Wealth products, processes and channel offeringsInterpretation of financial information to enable cross sellingEffective System knowledge and navigational skillsNational Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Business, Commerce or Management Studies or equivalent NQF level 6 qualificationRisk Management practices and policies knowledge (Including KYC)Job Details:Company:Absa Group LimitedVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:SandtonApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
